Last updated March 10th, 2006 by Charles Moffat. There is so many links that SHOULD be on this site. And so many kudos that should be made too.
Lets start with a few kudos. The people who receive these kudos deserve respect and attention.
Kudos to the people who made Paint Shop Pro 3.11. Its a fabulous program and is great for image editing for both beginners and advanced users like myself. Its the ONLY image program I regularly use. Sometimes I have used various Adobe & Corel programs, but they simply can't compete with PSP 3.11. The other (newer) versions of PSP are also good, but lack some of the functions of 3.11.
Kudos to Google.com, who have made a really kewl ads program which helps make this website "non-profit" and also helps to pay for all the bandwidth.
Kudos to Webring.com (which is a great way to advertise galleries). LG gets about 20% of its visitors from Webring. It gets another 50 to 60% of visitors from people searching on Google. The remaining number come from a variety of sources, such as links from homepages, gothic websites, art websites, other search engines, etc.
Kudos to Toronto-Goth.com. A great website, a great banner exchange and a leader in the online gothic community.
Kudos to York University, where I got my BFA. I am currently in South Korea, but I will be returning to study my Masters. Maybe I should take a second masters?
Of the professors at York University, the one who deserves the most attention is Janet Jones. Jones is a dedicated professor in both art theory and painting, is an inspiration and one of the nicest people I know.
Kudos to the artists of the Lilith Gallery. Lilith Adler, Jasmine Maddock, Jonathon Earl Bowser, Jennifer Linton, Caroline Taulbee, and Victoria Van Dyke.
And for my own art, I thank my friends (who is some cases quite literally lended a "hand") and the many people who have modelled for me over the years. You know who you are. For privacy reasons, I shall not give out their names.
And now for good ol' fashioned links... |
